Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Policy

At Asian Colour Printing, we understand that the medical journals, clinical abstracts, and institutional data we handle are of a highly sensitive and proprietary nature. We are strictly committed to protecting the intellectual property and confidentiality of all our clients, including medical societies, authors, and healthcare institutions.

1. Scope of Confidentiality

All materials submitted to Asian Colour Printing—whether in physical or digital format—are treated strictly as Confidential Information. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unpublished research manuscripts and clinical trial data.

  • Conference abstracts and delegate lists.

  • Blind peer-review documents and editorial correspondence.

  • Institutional financial or internal corporate data.

2. Our Commitments

  • Strict Staff Protocols: All pre-press, editorial, digital development, and physical production staff are bound by internal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

  • Zero-Repository Plagiarism Checks: When utilizing plagiarism detection software (such as iThenticate) on client manuscripts, we ensure "zero-repository" settings are active. This guarantees your unpublished research is never saved to a global database without your explicit authorization.

  • No Unauthorized Sharing: We will never share, sell, distribute, or publicly display your manuscripts, layouts, or data prior to official publication or without the explicit written consent of the organizing committee or editorial board.

  • Secure Destruction: Upon request, all digital working files and physical proofs will be securely deleted or destroyed following the successful completion and delivery of the project.

3. Contact

If your institution requires a custom, signed Non-Disclosure Agreement before commencing a project, please contact our administrative office at [email protected], and our directors will gladly execute your required documentation.
