Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Terms of Service

This Service Level Agreement outlines the operational standards, delivery promises, and mutual expectations between Asian Colour Printing and our institutional clients.

1. Physical Production & Printing

• Quality Guarantee: We commit to industrial-grade offset and digital printing. If there is a verified manufacturing defect or a deviation from the final approved proof, we will reprint the affected materials at our own expense.
• Proof Approval: Production timelines commence only after the client has provided final, written sign-off on the digital or physical proof. Asian Colour Printing is not liable for textual or layout errors that were present in the client-approved proof.
• Emergency Turnaround: We offer a specialized 48-hour emergency production cycle strictly for pre-approved conference materials (such as extra delegate kits or abstract books). This must be scheduled and confirmed by our production directors in advance.

2. Digital Infrastructure & Hosting

• Uptime Guarantee: For medical society websites and conference portals hosted on our managed servers, we target a 99.9% uptime.
• Maintenance Windows: Routine server maintenance and plugin updates will be scheduled during off-peak hours to minimize disruption to institutional operations.
• Data Backups: We conduct regular, secure backups of hosted society websites to prevent data loss.

3. Publishing & Editorial Services

• Layout Revisions: Standard journal makeup and pre-press contracts include up to two (2) rounds of structural revisions. Additional major layout changes requested after the second round may incur a standard editorial fee.
• Indexing Dependencies: While we guarantee perfect Vancouver-compliant metadata structuring and correct XML submission to Crossref or BanglaJOL, final indexing approval remains at the sole discretion of those independent global platforms.

4. Force Majeure

Asian Colour Printing shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe natural disasters, nationwide transport strikes, or extended regional power/internet outages.

5. Portfolio & Intellectual Property

Portfolio & Intellectual Property Representation Asian Colour Printing reserves the right to display materials produced for clients within our institutional archive and portfolio for demonstrative purposes. All institutional logos, trademarks, and crests displayed on our website remain the intellectual property of their respective medical colleges, hospitals, societies, and government bodies. They are displayed strictly to indicate past or current rendering of printing and publishing services and do not imply direct commercial endorsement.
