Asian Colour Printing served as the complete print infrastructure partner for the Bangladesh Orthopaedic Society’s 38th Annual Scientific Congress (BOSCON). Held across the Pan Pacific Sonargaon and the Shahid Abu Sayed International Convention Centre, this major 2-day event required seamless logistical coordination. We managed and delivered the entire suite of conference materials, including 1,800 copies of the flagship 136-page Souvenir, Abstract books, Programme guides, official invitations, envelopes, and workshop certificates, ensuring absolute brand consistency across the entire congress.

Organizing an international medical seminar of this scale is a massive logistical challenge. The Bangladesh Orthopaedic Society required a single, enterprise-level partner capable of handling their entire print operation without micro-management. The centerpiece was the 136-page Official Souvenir, which required a complex mix of 4-color and 2-color offset printing to balance high-quality clinical imagery with cost efficiency for 1,800 copies. Beyond the book, they needed abstract guides, daily programs, and secure workshop certificates delivered flawlessly to two different major venues on a strict deadline.

For the flagship Souvenir, we utilized 100 GSM matte paper to ensure the scientific text and sponsor imagery remained glare-free, protecting the heavy 136-page book with a premium 300 GSM matte-laminated cover and robust glue binding. Simultaneously, our prepress and production teams maintained strict color matching across the entire event suite, from the VIP invitation cards to the workshop certificates and official envelopes, delivering everything to the convention centers exactly on schedule.
