Continuing our trusted partnership with Professor Ranjit Roy, we were tasked with condensing a massive 752-page, full-color clinical guide into a highly portable 8.5 x 5-inch handbook. By pairing specialized, lightweight 80 GSM paper with a highly durable 300 GSM art cover, our offset printing team manufactured 500 premium copies that are actually easy for doctors to carry on the ward. The entire high-resolution print and binding run was flawlessly executed in just two weeks.

Having printed several of his previous publications, Professor Ranjit Roy came to us with his most demanding request yet: the Handbook of Pediatric Nephrology. The challenge here was the format. He needed a massive 752-page book printed in full 4-color to show detailed medical charts, but it had to be kept to a compact 8.5 x 5-inch "handbook" size so doctors could actually carry it. To make things tighter, all 500 copies had to be printed, bound, and delivered in exactly two weeks.
Our Delivery
To solve the weight and thickness issue of a 750+ page handbook, we selected a specialized 80 GSM offset paper. This kept the book lightweight and easy to flip open, while still holding the 4-color ink perfectly for his medical diagrams. We protected the book with a heavy-duty 300 GSM art card cover to ensure it survives daily use in clinics. Despite the massive page count, our offset team pushed the timeline and hit the 14-day delivery mark without a single delay.
